10-Ton Timber Bridge Complete at Auburn Valley State Park
Bridge Builders constructed a 140’ x 16’ ten-ton timber bridge with 20’ x 20’ platform for Auburn Valley State Park in Yorklyn, DE. Auburn Valley State Park is Delaware’s newest state park features new hiking and paved biking trails, the historic Marshall Mansion completed in 1897, the Marshall Steam Museum, the Auburn Valley 1/8-scale railroad, and more.
Along with exploring the park’s natural resources, tours of the Marshall Mansion Estate are a unique feature where you’ll learn about Auburn Heights and the Marshall family, a family that once called Auburn Valley State Park home, while enjoying the Victorian architecture and the beautiful grounds.
